Hi There. I have a suggestion that works well for me on painting straight lines on textured or bumpy walls... I put the tape on then I take a small paintbrush and paint along the edge with a mixture of paintable white caulk and water. It looks like glue but dries clear.... It has always worked great for me.... Thanks for your wonderful website. I love all your ideas and suggestions. Thanks Debra.... Karen

Good Morning Debra
I love doing stripes and use SureTape (its lavender in color) low tack tape, harder to find but worth it to go looking for it. To seal my edges I just take my brush with the same color of my base coat and paint along my tape line dries quick and I am ready to go!
