Learning how to paint sky mural clouds (really… somewhere I saw this spelled clowds) and thought I would put it in the article for those - like me - who have a bit of trouble spelling things sometimes.
Back to the painting a sky mural information. You can paint murals of a sky with clouds on a wall… but it is most effective on a ceiling. It’s a bit tricky to get the sky to look realistic if you haven’t learned a few tricks.
As you can see in this picture… sky’s are not all one color blue. See how the sky is much darker blue at the top of the picture and much lighter when it touches the ocean? Plus… the dark area appears much closer and the lighter area appears much further away.

speaking of having trouble spelling, every time i type in microsoft word the paper clip comes out just to laugh at me.
