		<description>Just a theory:  If the base coat was blue, then use white tissue paper - maybe leaving some bare spots; then applying different faux colors, blending edges; let dry, and use the metallic finish.  I&#039;m thinking the blue may have been used to create different colors as what happens when a colored faux is applied over a base color.  Any comments?</description>
