Hi there. Your work looks beautiful. I was wondering if you might be able to offer some advice on an outside mural I’ve been asked to do.
My brother asked me to paint a fake window scene on the exterior wall of his workshop. He wanted something with a silhouette of him working inside. I’m having a hard time doing this without making the fake interior a combination of grays, which seems really drab against the blue of the workshop wall. I’ve toyed with the idea of doing some curtains across the window and them putting the silhouette behind that, but it seems odd to have curtains in a workshop. Any thoughts on another way to create the silhouette that he wants?

I’m from philadephia and I think that is pretty subtle compared to some of the finishes I’ve done and seen.I think it looks great.
